This position involves international travel to Afghanistan and other countries.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Develop, analyze, evaluate, and improveSOP and methods.
  • Optimize staff and facilities utilization and effectiveness.
  • Act as single point of contact for the CEXC.
  • Report efforts to Task Force commanders.
  • Transition next-tour replacement personnel on SOP.

    • Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities - 

  • Physical ability and commitment to deploy to Afghanistan.
  • Familiarity with ATTAC, CIDNE, WTI Lexicon and SIPRNET.

    • Education and Experience - 

  • Bachelor’s degree (science or engineering and 2 year’s experience in laboratory management.
  • Experience as lab manager in forensic analysis in military/civilian law enforcement.
  • Experience working in a WIT, C-IED Team, DTK Lab, JEFF, TEDAC Facility, or other NGIC, DIA or ATF Lab; interagency or state/ local law enforcement lab.
  • Prior U.S. Military experience with EOD or C-IED.

    • Certifications and Other Qualifications - 

  • U.S. citizenship with the eligibility to obtain and maintain DOD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
