Primary responsibilities include:

Sample preparation/extraction
Analysis of various matrices for traces of drugs and/or drug metabolites
Record keeping in compliance with ISO and GLP/GCP regulations
Optimization, development and validation of novel analytical methods
Preparation of study plans and reports

Qualifications:

Key requirements:

B.S. degree in Chemistry / Forensics or related science (M.S. in related discipline desired for Principal)
2years+ post degree work experience with LC-MS and/or GC-MS (familiarity with Thermo/AB Sciex LC/MS & Agilent GC/MS a plus!)
Skilled in LC-MS and/or GC-MS method development & troubleshooting
Knowledge of ISO and/or GLP sample handling and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and inquisitive nature
