Position Objective

Research, develop, and implement new professional service offerings as part of the HID Professional Services portfolio. The principal efforts will focus on the development of new robotic service offerings as well as LIMs integrations. Activities will include the identification of new robotic and LIMs systems, forging partnerships with robotic and LIMs companies and the development of technical documentation supporting these robotics and LIMs activities.

Essential Functions

Support of all global projects that will require technical expertise in the realm of HID applications, instrumentation, software, and integration activities.  Including analysis of data, troubleshooting, writing of HPS validation reports, technical review of reports, writing/reviewing technical specifications in response to RFPs, and leading or participating in robotic/LIMs training activities associated with on-going projects.

Manage  one direct report (robotic specialist) as well as interface  with our LIMs consultant and other technical consultants involved in all project activities.

Deliver trainings (internal and external) related to robotic services will also be required.

Interface with key HID business/product management personnel in obtaining and sharing technical information as it relates to both group’s functions.

May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
