| The Connective Tissue Editor
Michael Finnegan is offering awards for students of forensic anthropology. Once a year, two awards of $100 will be given out to students who submit proposals under the following guidelines. The applicant: - must be specializing in forensic anthropology, - must submit a one-page, double spaced, research proposal, and - must submit a budget to show how the money will be used. Proposals are due March 31, 2001, and will be reviewed by a panel selected by Dr. Finnegan. An announcement of the winner will be made in the June issue of The Connective Tissue and the student will be expected to submit a 500-word summary once the work is completed. If you are interested in supporting The Connective Tissue, subscriptions are available for only $5.00 per year.
