  • The purchase of advertising space in the Advance or Final Program is dependent on the timing of the agreement.  All advertising space is sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • The signed contract must be received by December 7, 2018.
  • Print-ready art work to be provided by advertisers must be received no later than December 28, 2018.
  • Pricing reflects a ten percent discount for exhibitors.
  • All advertisements must be supplied in a high quality, high-resolution electronic format and submitted on or before the deadline date.
  • All advertising must be pre-approved by the AAFS Director prior to publication.
  • Advertisers should submit the sample ad for approval as soon as possible to determine its appropriateness for our publication(s).
