When you exhibit with the AAFS, you receive a discount for advertising in the AAFS Annual Scientific Meeting Program. The meeting Program is an impressive document of approximately 250 pages compiled and printed to meet the high standards of AAFS professional members. It is given to everyone who registers for the meeting and contains complete meeting information, including detailed schedules of scientific sessions, calendar of events, and advertisements. Another benefit of exhibiting at the AAFS Annual Scientific Meeting is that your company will receive (3) basic complimentary registrations per booth for your sales personnel which allow entrance to all scientific sessions and up to (3) complete meeting bags per booth, including the meeting Program, will be given to your representatives. In addition to the three basic registrations, your organization will receive (3) complimentary “Exhibit Hall Only” badges for additional sales personnel, local customers, or other guests. For exhibit hall access above the aforementioned allowances, the AAFS will make “Exhibit Hall Only” badges available for $50.00 each. After the meeting, your company will receive a listing of all attendees with complete mailing addresses at no additional cost.
The Floor Plan will be posted as soon as it is available. You may then make your booth(s) selection and register online.
