New Booth Types:
10’ x 20’ End-Cap Booths Standard – $5,500.
10’ x 20’ End-Cap Booths Premium – $6,600.
20’ x 20’ Island Booths (2) – $13,200.

 

New Friday Hours (Tear Down Day) February 22, 2019
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tear down.

 

New Conference Center
To be used for quick meetings or demos with clients.
See Exhibit Coordinator for sign-up sheet (1-hour increments will be available during open show hours).

Exhibit Booth Attendance Driver Opportunities:
Head Shot Lounge Exhibit Booth – $10,000

Drive attendees to your booth with professional digital head shots for up to 500 attendees.  Attendees will have their photo taken in a booth adjacent to the sponsor booth* and must return to your booth for a stamped card that will allow digital delivery directly to their mobile phone.  Sponsor branding and messaging can be included in text sent to attendee.

*Location of photo booth depend on booth selection and timing of financial support.

 

Golden Ticket Give Away (Coming in 2020) – $250 per ticket
