Responsibilities

The University of Florida, Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine, Distant Education program is seeking applicants for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We are seeking candidates to contribute to the maintenance, development, design, and implementation of distance education courses in forensic medicine and other related areas of study including wildlife forensics, forensic science, medicolegal death investigation, and forensic pathology. Teaching courses related to expertise. Scholarly research in related fields. Advisement, support, and supervision provided to graduate students. Direct programmatic resources to optimize remote delivery of educational materials. This position will Collaborate with other Department of Pathology, Immunology and Laboratory Medicine and College of Medicine faculty in the development of distance education programs.

Qualifications

This position requires a Ph.D. and/or M.D. and a strong academic background
