The Humanitarian and Human Rights Resource Center (HHRRC) and the National Institute of Justice's Forensic Science Technology Center of Excellence (FTCoE) would like to cordially, and personally, invite you to the Inaugural Humanitarian and Human Rights Poster and Networking Session on Tuesday, February 18, from 6:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m., in the Anaheim Convention Center, Room 210A. The HHRRC, with support from the FTCoE, provides needed resources and support to apply modern forensic science to global humanitarian and human rights projects. This open poster session and networking event will allow for AAFS attendees to learn from HHRRC funding recipients about their efforts to investigate humanitarian and human rights injustices. Please find event details and additional HHRRC resources here.

Further, this exciting, first-time networking opportunity provides attendees with the chance to interact one-on-one with colleagues and peers who have an interest in the application of forensic science in global humanitarian issues and possible violations of human rights. AAFS members can also learn how to increase their engagement with the HHRRC and make a difference in humanitarian and human rights projects supported by the HHRRC.

We hope you can attend the Humanitarian and Human Rights Poster and Networking Session. We're looking forward to seeing you in Anaheim!
