This year, the Interdisciplinary Symposium (IDS), With Liberty and Justice for All: The Role of Forensic Science in Truth and Fairness, will be featured at the 76th AAFS Annual Scientific Conference in Denver, CO. This year's IDS will highlight the contribution and impact of forensic science in supporting Justice for All. Authors from the groundbreaking Sydney Declaration and experts in innocence work will present on forensic science foundational principles and the work of science in the context of justice, truth, and social cohesion. The presenters bring international perspectives from across the globe and will include practicing forensic scientists, academics, researchers, legal, and judicial experts.

To improve access to the symposium, the attendance fee has been waived for all meeting attendees. All meeting attendees are welcome and encouraged to attend.
