Reservation Forms Available for Affiliate Groups

We are excited to announce that the reservation forms for affiliate groups are available for the upcoming AAFS Annual Conference to be held at the Colorado Convention Center and Hyatt Regency (adjacent to the Convention Center) in Denver, CO, February 19-24, 2024.

As a valued partner, we would like to extend an exclusive opportunity for you to showcase your brand and secure affiliate space at the event.

How to Secure Meeting Space
To secure your affiliate space, we kindly request that you complete the attached form and return it to us prior to December 15, 2023. The form provides us with the necessary details to allocate space based on your preferences. Please fill in your company name, contact person, desired space size, and any additional requirements you may have for each function that you require.

Confirmation Process
Once we receive your completed form, our team will review your request and confirm your reservation. Kindly note that space allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to respond promptly to secure your preferred spot. You will receive confirmation of your assigned hotel and detailed meeting space no later than 8 weeks prior to the AAFS Annual Conference. The confirmation will include the name of your main convention services contact at the hotel and their contact information so that you may begin to plan the specific details of your event directly with the hotel.
