AAFS Staff Retreat
This week the AAFS Team took two days off for a Staff Retreat. The focus of the retreat was team building, leadership, and relationship building. We all had our DiSC® profiles done to learn more about our communication styles; we also read the book The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni. The retreat was a big success for our team. We do this annually to better serve our members and the forensic science community.
