General Section Membership Opportunities
This year, the General Section is seeking help from our membership on two initiatives for AAFS.
The first opportunity for our membership is to identify a member who would write a brief 500-word article on the importance and efforts of promoting justice for all within our discipline. This is in response to the AAFS President's mission to provide Justice Talks for this year's theme for the AAFS Conference, Justice for All, and to have articles posted monthly leading up to the 2024 AAFS Conference in February from each section of the Academy.
The second opportunity for our members is to give a webinar on Crime Scene Investigation through AAFS Connect. AAFS Connect is the hub of digital forensic science content provided by the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and hosts conference workshops, presentations, webinars, educational training, and other resources. This will be a free resource for all members of the Academy.
