On occasion, members will transfer from one section to another. If you want to transfer to a different section, please review the desired section requirements prior to submitting an application to transfer to the new section. If you feel you have met the requirements for the section you wish to transfer to, you will need to complete a new application through your online account portal. All documentation required by the section you want to transfer to must be received, along with the application by the October 1 deadline. The application fee is waived for upgrades, promotions, and transfers.
