2024 AAFS Annual Business Meeting—Voting Documents

Pursuant to AAFS policies, specific documents must be provided to the Voting Members (Members, Fellows, Retired Members, Retired Fellows, and Associate Members since they may be promoting to Member at the meeting) of the Academy prior to the Annual Business Meeting. The following documents were posted to your AAFS member portal January 18, and an email notice was sent the same day:

  • Nominating Committee Report (posted/notified October 2023)
  • 2022-23 AAFS & FSF Audit
  • 2023 Annual Business Meeting Minutes
  • 2024 Applicants List
  • 2024 AAFS-Proposed Bylaws Amendment
  • Sapir Proposed Bylaws Amendment
  • Executive Director Response to Sapir Proposed Bylaws Amendment (response addressed in email notice and posted to portal 1/24/24)
