2026 Annual Business Meeting - Voting Member Documents

Pursuant to AAFS policies, certain documents must be made available in advance to the Voting Members of the Academy (Members, Fellows, Retired Members, Retired Fellows, and Associate Members approved for promotion to Member at the meeting).

The following documents are now available online through your AAFS Member Portal:

• 2025 Annual Business Meeting Minutes
• 2026 Applicants List
• 2024–25 AAFS and FSF Audit

To access these documents:

1. Visit the AAFS website to sign in - https://aafs.org/sign-in.

2. Select "Voting Documents." The three documents are listed under "2026."
3. View, download, print, or save the documents as needed.

In addition to action on the Minutes and Audit Report, the election of 2026–27 officers will take place on Wednesday, February 11, during the Annual Business Meeting in New Orleans, LA. The Nominating Committee Report was placed in your document folder last October.
