Call for General Section Abstracts

The General Section Program Committee is pleased to announce the official call for conference abstract and workshop submissions for the upcoming 2024 AAFS Annual Scientific Conference in Denver, CO. We are also seeking moderators of all experience levels and membership statuses who will be able to moderate during the scientific sessions (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) during the conference. We would like to remind you that the deadline for abstract and workshop submissions is August 1, 2023. 

If you are considering a workshop proposal, please note the following requirements for submission in addition to an abstract:

• CV for all speakers
• Contact information for all speakers
• Full- or Half-Day designation
• Workshop schedule with time designations per speaker
• Speaker disclosures
• Expected audience size
• Estimated number of pages for handouts
