AAFS 2024 Conference—International Letters of Invitation

The Academy recognizes that many of you will be traveling internationally to attend the 2024 AAFS Annual Scientific Conference and will need to acquire a visa to do so. We are happy to provide invitation letters detailing your intent to attend our event. Simply download the Letter of Invitation, fill in the relevant details, and print the document to present to the consulate during your visa appointment.

For international attendees, in order to visit the United States, you may need to obtain a visa. We encourage you to contact your local Consulate or the Consular Section of your local United States Embassy if you need a visa and to determine the approximate time for the visa application process to be completed. The AAFS has no influence or control over the issuance of a visa.

This Letter of Invitation is to be used for the purpose of securing a visa to attend the AAFS 2024 Annual Scientific Conference. Attendees' registration, travel, lodging, and any other expenses incurred to attend this meeting will not be covered or waived by the AAFS. Please note that AAFS cannot guarantee or assist with the obtaining of any visas or other travel documentation required for entry into the United States.
