AAFS Standards Board

The AAFS Standards Board develops consensus based forensic science standards within an American National Standards Institute accredited framework, and provides training to support those standards. Our work enhances the mission of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences to empower the forensic, criminal justice, and legal communities.

The AAFS Standards Board (ASB) of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS) is an ANSI-accredited Standards Development Organization. It is announcing a call for new members for all existing consensus bodies.

Visit ASB Call for Members for additional information on the interest categories needing applicants, and to access the application.
