NFSTC Applied Forensic Technologies Workshop

The National Forensic Science Technology Center (NFSTC) at Florida International University is offering a 3-Day Applied Forensic Technologies Workshop, which is an experiential learning weekend that introduces the real-world application of multiple scientific disciplines to investigations and the criminal justice system. The three-day agenda covers:

  • Digital Forensics
  • Serology
  • Bloodstain Pattern Analysis

Working with experienced forensic scientists, students will gain an understanding of the requirements for success in specialized forensic science disciplines. Evidence handling and real-world laboratory examinations offer a unique way to learn the subject matter and build analytical, collaboration, and reporting skills. 

Course Dates: Friday-Sunday, June 19-21, 2026
Location: In-person ONLY at our training facility in Largo, FL
