CFSRE Announces Two Summer Internship Programs
The Center for Forensic Science Research and Education (CFSRE) is offering two immersive summer internship programs designed for undergraduate students and recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in forensic science. The internships are available through Arcadia University (FEPAC-accredited) and Thomas Jefferson University.

Interns will engage in applied laboratory work that mirrors real-world forensic workflows, including mock casework and analytical method validation studies. Participants will gain direct exposure to core forensic principles such as chain of custody, data interpretation, quality assurance practices, and technical report writing, culminating in opportunities to present and defend findings in a simulated testimony setting.
This program emphasizes the integration of scientific rigor, critical thinking, and professional communication, equipping interns with the technical and transferable skills essential for careers in forensic laboratories, research, and beyond.
Applications are open now.
Please forward to prospective student applicants for this amazing opportunity!
