Nominating Committee Report Now Available

In accordance with the AAFS Bylaws, the Nominating Committee Report must be provided to the voting members (Members, Fellows, Retired Members, Retired Fellows) by November 1. The 2025-26 Nominating Committee Report is now available in voting members' portals. Knowing that some Associate Members will become eligible to vote by promoting to Member status in February, the report has also been added to all Associate Member portals.

To access: 

1. Go to the AAFS website (http://www.aafs.org).
2. Click "MY ACCOUNT" to sign in.
3. Scroll down to and click the "VOTING DOCUMENTS" tab.
4. Under the 2026 Annual Conference Voting Documents section, click "Nominating Committee Report."
   
   Nominations for any elected office may be made from the floor during the Academy's Annual Business Meeting, February 11, 2026, in New Orleans, LA.
