Teaching Fellow - Forensic Medical Sciences

Responsibilities

Applications are invited for a motivated and committed Teaching Fellow to support our programme lead in the delivery, development, assessment and administration of the MSc in Forensic Medical Sciences. This is the only such programme of its kind attracting postgraduate students from all over the world. We teach and research on: Law and Ethic in Forensic Medical Sciences; Clinical Forensic Medicine; Forensic Pathology; Forensic Human Identification; and Forensic Toxicology.

Qualifications

You will ideally have a solid background in forensic medical sciences and teaching/academia. Ideally, you will have earned a postgraduate qualification in one of the areas covered at Cameron Forensic Medical Sciences. You will be able to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Experience of teaching support in higher education is essential as well as enjoying being in a student-facing role.

Compensation

The salary of the Teaching Fellow at QMUL falls in the scale: £44,288 to £51,755 per annum (pro rata), inclusive of London Allowance. 

Hours: 0.5 FT The schedule of the successful candidate will be agreed with the Director of Cameron Forensic Medical Sciences.
