A cooperative agreement with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) provides funds to AAFS to develop training, tools, and resources to enhance implementation efforts and broaden awareness of forensic science standards among communities of interest. Training will address technical aspects of the standards as well as challenges, practical solutions, and benefits of adoption.
Standards webinars are offered FREE thanks to funding from the NIST cooperative agreement.

Designed specifically for the forensic science community, the series covers a wide range of specialized topics highlighting the most recent methods and best practices in areas such as forensic chemistry (covering spectroscopy, microscopy, and other techniques), toxicology, trace evidence, DNA analysis, and many more.
The Forensic Lab Talks Seminar Series is provided FREE OF CHARGE as a value-added AAFS member benefit.
