Accessibility at AAFS 2027

We're passionate about designing events that feel safe, inclusive, and accessible to all. We want to create the best experience for everyone attending the AAFS Scientific Conference. The following information will help you plan your AAFS experience and answer any questions you may have about accessibility at our event.

Venue Information:

AAFS 2027 will take place at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Rosen Hotels & Resorts is committed to making hotels, amenities, and services accessible to all guests regardless of abilities and disabilities. You can view accessible public spaces and guestrooms can be found here.

Mobility scooter rental is available at Scoot Around. All equipment deliveries within 25 miles of Scootaround Orlando are free, including to the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel. Minimum rental duration of 2 days.

Mothers' Rooms/Nursing Rooms:

Contact guest services at 866-996-6338 for assistance locating a quiet, private area.

Children at AAFS:

Due to the nature of the content presented at AAFS, we require all participants within our conference areas to be 18 years of age or older at the time of the conference. We understand that there are unique situations requiring a parent or guardian to be traveling with children. If you have a concern or question about access and accommodation, please contact meetings@aafs.org or stop by the registration desk onsite to speak with a member of our Meetings team.

Accessible Hotel Rooms:

The Rosen Shingle Creek has accessible rooms available. Please make a note when booking your room or contact us at meetings@aafs.org for assistance in notating that on your booking.

Dietary Requests:

We make every effort to ensure our food functions accommodate all our attendees as much as possible. If you have specific dietary concerns or questions, please contact meetings@aafs.org or visit the registration desk to discuss this with a member of our Meetings team.

Feedback:

We're doing our best to make continual improvements to the accessibility of our shows, and we welcome your feedback. If we're missing something or you would like to share ideas for improvements, contact us at: meetings@aafs.org.
