Refund Policy:
Conference Registration Fees
Fees paid for conference registration may be refunded with a canceled registration on the following schedule:
- Through November 14: 75% of registration fee
- November 15 – January 14: 50% of registration fee
- After January 14: No refunds issued

Workshop and Special Session Fees

| Workshop Registration Fee (only need to pay if not registered for full conference) | $40 |
Fees paid for special sessions (workshops, luncheon sessions, special sessions) are refundable in full until January 14, 2027. After this date, no refunds will be made for these sessions.
Receptions and Meal Functions:
Fees paid for receptions or non-education meals are refundable in full until January 14, 2027. After this date, no refunds will be made for these sessions.
Donations:
Donations made during registration are non-refundable.
Applicant Rate Policy:
Active applicants for AAFS membership are allowed to register at the discounted member rate, provided their application is fully completed and all application requirements are met (such as all reference letters submitted). If your application is not completed by October 1, your registration will automatically be changed to a non-member rate.
No-Show Policy:
No refunds are given for failure to attend any portion of the conference for which a fee was paid.
To request a refund and/or cancellation of your registration:
All requests for refunds/cancellations must be submitted via email to meetings@aafs.org. Refunds will be issued via the same method as the original payment.
